Patrick Kho is Chairman and CEO of arc and non-executive director of Design Capital Limited. A Cambridge graduate and Chartered Financial Analyst, he has over 30 years of leadership experience, including senior roles in the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
Before founding arc in 2025, Patrick was Group Managing Director of Lian Huat Group, overseeing property and hospitality ventures in Singapore and Australia.
Patrick is also deeply committed to philanthropy and public service. He serves as Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Road Safety Council, Chairman of St John’s Cambridge (Singapore), Chairman of the Programme Sub-Committee on the Board of the Singapore Business Federation Foundation, and Vice President of the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association. In recognition of his contributions, Patrick was awarded the Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (Public Service Medal) in 2020.
Patrick Lim oversees the financial affairs, human resources, and administration of the Group. A Certified Practising Accountant (Australia), he brings over 30 years of expertise in external audit, internal audit, outsourced accounting, and finance.
His career includes managing outsourced accounting functions for NASDAQ-listed MNCs, serving as APAC Regional Finance Manager, and advising Bursa-listed companies. Before joining arc, he led finance teams for a property investment and development group.
